SMarter care is headed up by our director Sarah.  Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the care, training and recruitment sector.  From her passion and desire to improve the care sector, Smarter care was created and flourished.  Sarah is a qualified trainer and assessor and regularly works in local homes to update her knowledge and remain up to date with Industry standard. The experience and skills gained and then utilised when she trains new candidates.
