Are you an ambitious Recruitment consultant looking for an opportunity to achieve a leadership role in a reputable recruitment business?

SMarter Recruitment are looking for an experienced senior Recruitment consultant or Manager to join our team and provide their expertise within the business on its journey of exponential growth.

All candidates will have at least 3 years experience within recruitment.

The company can offer progression opportunities within the business, and also a competitive bonus structure paid on a quarterly basis on top of your basic salary.

The successful candidate will join a Warm and friendly office environment and be able to lead, develop and nurture the current team whilst capitalising on Commercial leads.

Salary will be fully negotiable D.O.E

Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will be extremely varied and duties will include

Full office management
Work closely with the current directors
Full 360 Recruitment
Account Management (including Client Visits)
Managing an existing recruitment desk and building a team of resoucers
Setting/Achieving targets and KPIs
Searching for candidates through job boards and social media
Advertising vacancies
Filling vacancies
Candidate Right to Work compliance/administration (Including Driver license checks and DBS if required)
Completing reference requests
Organising inductions and registrations
Interviewing candidates
Communication between agency, client and candidate
Business Development and Sales
Supporting clients with inductions
Ideal candidate Qualities:

You will need to be experienced and be able to demonstrate during an interview that you have the following qualities:-

An understanding and experience of Recruitment (including large volume recruitment)
Team player
Take responsibility
Communicate with clients and candidates both written and verbally
Manage your own workload

Confident and engaging
Working under pressure
Full Driving License and use of own care

Our Industrial, care and commercial Desks are growing continually providing Temporary, Permanent and self employed employment opportunities on a national level. We are based in the town centre of Newcastle Under Lyme.

Our office hours are 8am – 5pm working; Monday to Friday
