Our dynamic forward facing client is seeking a highly motivated  experienced Account Managers to join the well established and successful team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Basic plus un-capped commission OTE £45,000+

– Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
– Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets
– Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
– Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback
– Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues

– Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Demonstrated leadership abilities
– Excellent sales and negotiation skills
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
– Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
