Our Warehousing and Distribution client is looking to employee a permanent Warehouse Supervisors for their extremely busy distribution hub based in Blythe Bridge, Stoke-on-Trent. The company imports and distributes board and timber products throughout the UK. This role will be working Days, Noon’s and Nights, (6am-230pm, 230pm-11pm, 9pm-530am) which will follow a rota of 3 weeks of nights, one week on days and one week on noon’s.

All applicants will have at least 2 years supervisory experience within a warehouse environment and preferably a Counter Balance Licence.

As the warehouse supervisor you will be responsible for:-

• Staffing rotas
• Staff Management
• loading bays
• Stock control
• Goods in and goods out
• Pick rates
• Order Checking
• Time and attendance
• Administration of delivery and stock paper work
• Disciplinary procedures
• Reporting to Managers

The position will be a hands on role and you will be expected to help out in very busy periods.
