From July 1st Right to Work (RTW) is changing for all EEA nationals. All EEA nationals will be required to demonstrate their right to work by providing evidence of their immigration status.
All workers from the EEA will be expected to use the Home Office’s online services to evidence their RTW, this will generate a share code that all workers can share with their employer. You can do this by using this link https://www.gov.uk/prove-right-to-work
