Duties:

– Assist in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals.

– Provide personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.

– Support patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating.

– Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and activities.

– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

– Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

– Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.

Requirements:

– Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.

– Familiarity with care plans and procedures within a care home or home care setting.

– Previous experience in a healthcare support role.

– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
